27 March 2000 - Visitors from Belgium

At the last meeting of March 2000 we were visited by Rotarians and their partners from Belgium; they were from Rotary Club Maldegem and St Jan in Eremo.

After a traditional English meal of 'Toad in the hole'....

We had a beer tasting.

We had six British Beers including Speckled Hen and London Pride and a range of Belgian beers including 'Adam and Eve' and 'The Devil'.

There was no formal report afterwards but we did enjoy a very friendly evening with our visitors.
